How to create a free website in pc for blogging and educational or other purposes

HOW TO CREATE A FREE WEBSITE IN PC FOR ANY PURPOSE ?

      SO LET BEGIN, 

                        First- Go to a browser and  browse www.blogger.com,

then you will see a page like the following.

     Now ,click  in SIGH IN
     and  then sign in with your email account
     and after signing in  you will see a interface like the following.

     Now,click in CREATE NEW BLOG
              after clicking ,you will see a square box in the middle of the page
              as shown in the following screen shot

now insert the title and the blog address as your wish
   for example :
         I  have inserted
               title- how to create a free website
               and   address-InformerMahir
              and after that select a theme and click  'CREATE BLOG'
           Then a new page will open as shown in the following  image

   Now,click on compose or you can also select HTML ,if you know HTML coding
   now you can write on any topic as your wish and can insert images and videos and all.
   Your website is ready
            Just click on publish and your web page will be published
            anyone from anywhere now can see your page or website on internet.
           Now you can check your website by browsing the address you have entered 
                      earlier .
  After, publishing a page will be opened like the following

 here, you can edit,view,share and delete your web page
 you can do the same steps in mobile also.
